姉妹校ACSPが「オンライン国際交流授業」をweb紹介！！
2022年1月17日に、中等部1年生と2年生を対象に行われた「第1回オンライン国際交流授業」に関して、タイの姉妹校ACSPが、公式ホームページやFacebook等に投稿されたので、ご紹介します。
Asahi Juku Japan and ACSP EP: International Exchange Online
Today marked the exciting commencement of language exchange classes with Asahi Juku Secondary School, Okayama, Japan. Through this language exchange, students will gain valuable experience learning with native speakers of English and Japanese languages at each institution. Our teachers, Ms. Jacqueline van Pareen and Mr. Sam Needham, will teach English to Japanese students over the course of six online lessons and Asahi Juku Japanese teachers will return the favor to ACSP students at the right time, 18 January 2022
Over all there was a lot of fun had during the first online lessons with grade 7 and grade 8 students. Many laughs were shared and much was learnt. The main aim of these lessons is to keep learning fun, interactive, enjoyable, and as inclusive as possible. ACSP teachers were impressed with the Asahi Juku students’ English levels and look forward to building on the first lesson next week.
The last two years have not been easy being separated by COVID-19, but it is reassuring to know that, that has not ceased efforts between Asahi Juku Secondary School and ACSP to continue building our strong bond as sister schools.

本日は、日本の岡山県に位置する朝日塾中等教育学校との語学交流授業が盛り上がりました。この語学交流を通じて生徒達は、英語と日本語のネイティブ・スピーカーと学習する貴重な経験をするでしょう。私たちの教師、ジャクリーン・ファン・パリーン氏とサム・ニーダム氏は、6回のオンライン・レッスンを通じて、日本人の生徒達に英語を教えます。また、朝日塾の日本語教師は適切なタイミングでACSPの生徒達にお返しをします。
中等部1年生と2年生を対象とした最初のオンライン・レッスンは、とても楽しいものになりました。たくさんの笑いあり、たくさんの学びありのレッスンでした。レッスンの主な目的は、楽しく、双方向的で、そしてできるだけインクルーシブに学び続けることです。ACSPの教師たちは、朝日塾の生徒の英語レベルに感銘を受け、来週の第1課を楽しみにしています。
COVID-19によって分かたれてしまったので、この2年間は厳しい時期でしたが、姉妹校としての強固な絆を築き続けるために、朝日塾中等教育学校とACSP、ともに努力し続けていると思うと、心強いです。
